Samba Reserve is a collective mix from Cofinet, crafted from naturally processed coffees grown in the Carmo de Minas region of southern Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Cultivated at elevations of 1,000–1,300 meters, only the ripest cherries are hand-selected and passed through a density sorter to guarantee premium quality. After harvest, the beans are sun-dried on patios for three days, then gently finished in mechanical dryers to achieve perfect balance and moisture.
Made with 100% Arabica beans every cup highlights the natural character of this carefully curated coffee.
