Los Huipiles is the work of nine dedicated farmers, supported by the Volcafe Way programme, which helps improve quality, productivity, and profitability. After harvesting, cherries are carefully pulped, washed, and sun-dried—an approach that enhances clarity and sweetness in the cup while maintaining a balanced, dependable flavour profile.
