Remito coffee is the creme de la creme of Guatemalan beans. It grows in unique climatic conditions characterised by large amounts of rainfall, adequate humidity and a warm climate. The volcanic soil, rich in minerals, nutrients and sediments is also important. All this means that coffee plantations located in the shade of Inga trees have more flavour and sweetness.
Guatemala SHB EP Remito is characterised by a distinct , balanced taste dominated by notes of chocolate, nuts and cranberries and a hint of brown sugar in the background.
