How to make:

Electric/bamboo whisk
Bowl/cup
Sieve
Tea spoon
Kettle
Steps:
1. Sift 2-4g of matcha into a cup.
Heat kettle to 80° (do not use boiling water as it will burn the tea).
3. Create a paste - add a splash of water to the matcha and blend until you get a thick but smooth paste.
4. Add remaining water: add 30-40ml of your 80° water
5. Froth: using your electric/bamboo whisk you want to whisk in a “w” motion vigorously for about 20/30 seconds. coming to the end, whisk Gradually towards top of the matcha slowly to create a thick micro-foam to sit on top of the matcha.
6: Serve & Enjoy!
